We are committed to providing high-quality medical care in a sustainable and accessible way. Please take a moment to review our updated billing policy:
Bulk Billing: Available exclusively for concession card holders aged 75 and over and all children 15 years and under with a valid Medicare Card on weekdays between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. * Excluding telephone consultations, procedures and forms.
Telephone Consultations: All telephone consultations will incur a fee, regardless of concession card eligibility.
For patients experiencing financial difficulties, we encourage you to discuss payment options with your GP or our practice manager.
WEEKDAYS (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM):
Standard Consultation (10 mins) – $95 (Rebate: $21.00 – $43.90)
Long Consultation (20 mins) – $160 (Rebate: $38.00 – $84.90)
Telephone Consultation – $100 (Rebate: $21.00 – $43.90)
After Hours (Wednesdays and Fridays, from 5PM on wards, weekends and Public Holidays):
Standard Consultation (10 mins) – $100 (Rebate: $21.00 -$43.90)
Long Consultation (20 mins) – $170 (Rebate: $38.00 – $84.90)
Telephone Consultation – $100 (Rebate: $21.00 – $43.90)
➡️ Additional fees may apply if the consultation exceeds the booked time.
Appointment Information:
Please note that appointment fees are based on the time spent with your provider and the complexity of your visit.
If you have one main issue to discuss, a standard appointment is usually appropriate.
If you have multiple concerns or a complex issue, please book a longer appointment to allow enough time for a thorough consultation.
